We use the information provided by facility owners to display available sports venues to players.
Player information is used to facilitate bookings, send notifications, and enhance the user experience.
We do not store or process payments on our platform. The UPI payment link provided by the facility owner is solely to redirect players to the respective UPI application.

Player details related to a booking (name and booking time slot) may be shared with the respective facility owner for the sole purpose of reservation confirmation.
We do not share or sell any personal information to third-party marketers or advertisers.

5. Payment Transactions
"Book The Game" does not handle or process any payment transactions. When a player clicks on "Pay now", they are redirected to the respective UPI application where they can make a direct payment to the facility owner.
We are not responsible for any transactions made through UPI or any discrepancies or disputes arising from such payments.
